Small group classes
Our group workout sessions are intended to feel like personal training – with friends! Groups are capped at 8 participants to allow for plenty of personalized coaching and attention to form, so you’ll get a safe and effective workout no matter your current experience or ability level. These workouts help you build strength and improve mobility. You can try your first class free; sign up to reserve your spot.

NEW Monthly membership options include early booking privileges, an online video library, and more. Memberships auto-renew until you cancel, which you can do at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fees.
➤ Simply Fit Membership: $120/month
A great option for those who train with us 2x/week. Includes 9 classes per month, so you have the flexibility to squeeze in an extra workout, or take an extra class one week if you’ll be away on vacation or need to make up a sick day. *This membership does not include BarBelles training group.
➤ SuperStar Member: $180/month
For those who attend regularly 3x/week or more, this option offers the best price per class. You can take train with us five days of the week if you’d like. This membership now includes BarBelles training group!

BarBelles Training Group
Our ladies-only barbell training groups are limited to six participants. If you are new to this group, let’s chat before you sign up to make sure it’s a good fit for you.
May be booked with a SuperStar membership, or purchase a pack of sessions for BarBelles only HERE: ($140 for 8 sessions)

Personal Training Rates
One-Time Session: $70
Work on a particular lifting skill or schedule a one-time session for any other reason; these sessions usually run about 45 minutes.
Consistent Coaching:
$50-$60/session, depending on number of sessions/month.
Private personal training sessions, following a plan personalized just for you and your individual goals. Sessions here are actually private, without the distractions of an open gym or classes happening at the same time as your workout. You will schedule these sessions directly with your coach, rather than online. Sessions usually run 45 minutes to an hour.
Personal Training + Small Groups: $340/month
Train 2x/week in our small groups, plus 4 private one-on-one sessions per month with your coach.
NOTE: Jamie is not taking currently taking new personal training clients.
