Here at Shine Strong Fitness, personal training sessions don’t have the distractions of an open gym or classes going on at the same time as your workout. You’ll be working with a qualified and caring NASM-Certified Personal Trainer in our private fitness studio conveniently located on Oak Island Drive.

1-on-1 Training with Jason
Single Session pricing: $65.
For those who you want a tune up on a particular lift, or need just a session or two for whatever reason.
Consistent Coaching:
The best results come with consistency. Jason can help you determine what training schedule will be best for your personal goals. Rates vary depending upon how many sessions per month you train. Most sessions run about 45 minutes.
Paid monthly; no contract required.
12 sessions/month: $540 ($45/session)
8 sessions/month: $400 ($50/session)
4 sessions/month: $220 ($55/session)
Private + Group Training:
For those who want the camaraderie of working out with friends (or soon-to-be friends!), plus all of the benefits of personal training with a qualified coach, you can do a combination of both. This package includes 2 weekly group training sessions, plus four private sessions each month.
