➤ STRONGEVITY GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS are a fun and cost-effective way to train in Oak Island’s friendliest fitness studio! Workouts are designed to increase strength and conditioning, improve your mobility and movement patterns, and get you ready for more of what you want to do beyond the gym.
Think of these sessions as personal training – with friends. Groups capped at 8 participants to allow for plenty of personalized coaching and attention to form for a safe and effective workout for a wide range of abilities.
