Think of our group workout sessions as personal training – with friends! Group size is capped at 8 participants to allow for plenty of personalized coaching and attention to form, so you’ll get a safe and effective workout no matter your current experience or ability level.
➤ STRONGEVITY GROUP TRAINING workouts are designed to increase strength and conditioning, improve your mobility and movement patterns, and get you ready for more of what you want to do beyond the gym. ➤ NEW! KETTLEBELL BLAST, a brand new fast-paced kettlebell class to give you a challenging full-body workout in just under 40 minutes. We’ll begin with a short mobility warm-up, followed by hardstyle kettlebell exercises to build strength and conditioning.
➤ We also offer BarBelles, a ladies-only Barbell training group focusing on the “Big 3” lifts (back squat, bench press, and deadlift), plus accessory exercises for a well-rounded workout.
