Workouts are accessible 24/7 via an app and website that lays your program out in a user-friendly calendar format. I’ve recorded demo videos for every exercise assigned, plus written instructions, so you’ll know exactly what to do.
You’ll be able to submit videos of yourself so I can give feedback on your form so you get the most out of each exercise. The app works your mobile device or computer. You can do your workouts anytime, whenever works for your schedule.
