My goal as a nutrition coach is to help you develop the tools you need to eat well and take control of your own nutrition. Even when it’s stressful. In a perfect life, good habits would be easy — but most of us don’t live a fairy-tale life where the kids never get underfoot and the professional chef does your shopping and makes all your meals.
I’ll help you figure out what works best for you, because every body is different and a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work.
I don’t sell products or prescribe meal plans, and I don’t offer any “drop 3 dress sizes in 3 weeks” promises. Those kinds of programs aren’t sustainable and I want to help you make long-term changes that work with your real life, even when it get stressful or busy.
