Workouts are accessible 24/7 via an iOS app and website that lays your program out in a user-friendly calendar format. I’ve recorded demo videos for every exercise assigned, plus written instructions, so you’ll know exactly what to do.
You’ll also be able to submit videos of yourself so I can give feedback on your form so you get the most out of each exercise.
The app works great on your mobile device but if you prefer to use your computer, it works great that way, too.
