With individualized coaching, I base your programming on your goals, as well as your current fitness level and experience. We’ll begin using the equipment you have available, and can expand if you choose to add more equipment later.

Workouts are accessible 24/7 via an iOS app and website that lays your program out in a user-friendly calendar format. I’ve recorded demo videos for every exercise assigned, plus written instructions, so you’ll know exactly what to do.
You’ll be able to submit videos of yourself so I can give feedback on your form so you get the most out of each exercise. The app works great on your mobile device but if you prefer to use your computer, it works great that way, too.

You can choose 2 or 3 workout sessions per week, depending on what suits your needs. Billed monthly. 2 sessions/week: $127 or 3 sessions/week: $147.
