I’m kicking off a brand new 12-week program to help you get started building fitness and good nutrition habits into your life in a sustainable way. This is not a “drop 3 sizes in 3 weeks” program; long-term results take time.
This 12-week program provides encouragement, accountability, education on nutrition and overall wellness — plus at-home workouts appropriate for a wide range of fitness levels.
We’ll work on a variety of practical health and nutrition topics, such as: making healthier food choices, dealing with stress, incorporating movement into your daily life, improving sleep quality, and more. Each week we’ll focus on a new topic, and I’ll lay out exactly what you need to do.
You’ll have workouts you can do at home — or on the road if you’re traveling for the holidays. Workouts are accessible 24/7 via an iOS app (for mobile devices) and website (if you prefer to use your computer) that lays your program out in a user-friendly calendar format. I’ve recorded demo videos plus written instructions for every exercise assigned, so you’ll know exactly what to do. Workouts are appropriate for and adaptable to a wide range of fitness levels.
Throughout this program, you can expect encouragement and accountability, and I’ll be available for questions.
